Your first visit with Dr. Johnson includes:

• A review of your complete dental and medical history forms.
• Complete digital images of your teeth and mouth.
• An oral exam and consultation with the doctor to evaluate any dental issues
• A personalized plan for ongoing dental care, including regular hygiene cleanings.

You'll be amazed at the crisp, clear dental images instantly available on our large, high resolution screens. Digital x-rays have many benefits: they use up to 80% less radiation, use less paper and no chemicals, and provide better information for diagnosis. Just as importantly, the images help patients fully understand and participate in treatment planning.

Bring your smile; but also remember to bring these things with you to your first dental appointment:

Regular cleanings and checkups are an important part of maintaining your healthy smile!

We recommend hygiene appointments for dental cleaning every six months, and an oral exam every year. No matter what your age, visiting the dentist on a regular basis will help keep your teeth and gums healthy, and your smile bright!

We understand that you have a busy schedule, but we ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment time. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments may result in a no-show fee.

Financial Information

The cost of your treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Dr. Johnson and his staff will discuss the cost of your treatment, as well as available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you, your smile, and your family.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans, and our office staff is available to help determine what coverage your insurance carrier provides. We also will submit claims to your insurance as a courtesy to you. Please know each patient is responsible for amounts not covered by their insurance carrier. We also offer financing through Care Credit.
